Our sole purpose is to help you get healthier. Being healthy makes you happier, gives you more energy, costs less money, and makes you more attractive. That’s a guarantee. But making healthy choices isn’t always easy – if it were, there would never be any contestants for “The Biggest Loser”. And besides, you’re busy and you’re tired. We know you are here because you are interested in healthy eating, so we're here to provide you with some tips, inspiration and common sense.
The MindfulEats philosophy is simple:
- Eat whole, unprocessed foods
- Exercise
- Everything in moderation
This stuff isn't hard. It just takes a little mindfulness about what you're putting into you're body. It's not about being perfect, it's about gradually getting better.
Your body is unique - it has different tolerances than other people - so you need to find the diet and exercise that is best for you. (We don't use the word "diet" as a way to lose weight, we use it as a way of eating). There's no one "perfect diet" for everyone. The good thing is that whole foods and exercise work, so all you have to do is fine tune it from there.
