You inspire us at MindfulEats! When people ask why we blog, the answer is you. Everyone has so much potential - whether they are 12, 42, or 82 - and we love to see people become healthier (us too!). What I ate: vegetable juice, 2 cafe au laits, 2 cup coffee + milk, yogurt + strawberries + Spectrum ground flaxseed + wheat germ, 2 eggs, 1 banana, spinach salad + potatoes + sprouts + broccoli, 6 Swedish fish, 16 oz. coconut water, dinner at the Waverly Inn - porcini ravioli, wild salmon + couscous, 1/2 bread, 1/4 c. mac & chees + truffles, carrot, fries, 3 bites chocolate cake, 3 bites chocolate mousse
Exercise: Ran 4 miles - 3000 meters in intervals
