What I ate: 12 oz. green juice, 1 orange, 1 coffee, brown rice + roasted vegetables (resavored), 5 squares dark chocolate, 1 banana, 1 apples, 2 clementines, sashimi dinner, 1 bowl of rice, 3 oz. tofu, 1/2 spongecake + 1 t. ice cream, 1 T. dried cranberries, hot chocolate, 47 oz. water
